Exchanges
If a customer for any reason desires an exchange, the returned product must be undamaged, unworn, and in resalable condition. Exchanges will take place when we receive the product to be exchanged. "my black skin is..." will be responsible for shipping cost of the new product. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Refunds
If for any reason a customer desires a refund, the returned product must be undamaged, unworn, and in resalable condition. The purchase price of product will be refunded. We do not refund shipping and handling. All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase. If the reason for a refund is not due to an error of "my black skin is... there will be a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will take place when we receive the product to be refunded.

Product Received Damaged
"my black skin is..." takes every precaution to ensure our customer’s product will arrive in new condition. However, shipping accidents occasionally occur. Please contact us if our product arrives in any condition less than good. E-mail us at customer whatchasrollin@sbcglobal.net (Subject: Damaged Product).

SHIPPING & HANDLING
It is our policy at "my black skin is..." to ship all orders within 48-96 hours (except for Holidays). US orders are shipped per United States Postal Service rates.

"my black skin is..." ships Internationally, just email us before you purchase so that the appropriate price is charged.
